Then become part of our Appcelerator team! As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for various Confluence and Jira apps.
In this hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams, content manager, designers, sales representatives, head of product marketing, as well as other marketing functions and occasionally other GTM teams across the Seibert Group. To support Seibert's growth on the Atlassian Marketplace, you will bridge the company’s product development efforts and its go-to-market success.
With that being said, the following tasks will be part of you role
Product strategy
Collaborating with Product Owner and product team to influence the roadmap with market insights
Performing customer and market research to understand key consumer segments and define opportunities
Developing product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the target audience and differentiates our products in the market
GTM
Defining go-to-market strategies for the Jira and/or Confluence apps you are responsible for
Planning, creating concepts, executing, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the RevOps team for paid ad campaigns
Sales enablement
- Creating and maintaining sales enablement materials
- Collaborating with sales and partner management for event participation, including creating demo presentations
What we are looking for
You should already have experience in a product marketing function in a SaaS company, preferably B2B
- If you already know the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence and the Atlassian Ecosystem, that would be great. However, it is more important that you are familiar with technical products and how to market them to technical audiences
- You should have experience in launching new products or features, developing positioning, pricing, sales channels, and promotion strategies
Excellent team communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions round off your profile
What's in it for you
A fair salary within the range of €50,000 - €90,000 depending on experience, qualifications and location
